San Diego cannabis purveyors round out edible offerings
with the latest SKU
Gelato Canna Co. (Gelato), one of California’s fastest -growing cannabis brands, announced today the launch of Sugar Drops, a hard candy edible confection infused with 10mg THC. Sugar Drops will be available at participating California cannabis retailers including Gelato’s eponymous dispensary in Lake Elsinore, CA.

Sugar Drops are available in 9 flavors including:
Blue Mango,
Blueberry Cobbler,
Dragon Fruit,
Fruity Cereal,
Grape,
Island Punch,
Orange Cream,
Peach Freeze
and Watermelon Punch.
Each bag of Sugar Drops contains 10 units. Reputed for its impressive edibles lineup, Gelato’s edibles boasts infused chocolate bars, gummies
and Last Bite, mini chocolate-filled sugar cones that launched earlier this year. Sugar Drops was created with the intention of rounding out the company’s current scrumptious edible offerings.
“We established ourselves with the chocolate bars and gummies,” said Gelato CEO and co-founder George Sadler. “But now we want to do things that haven’t been done before. We started with Last Bite and now we’re moving into hard candy with Sugar Drops. It’s another elevated take on classic candy we are confident our customers will love.”
According to ReportLinker.com, the edibles market is expected to grow from $9.6B to $20.6B by 2028, a 16.3% growth during the 5-year period. Gelato is betting on this growth forecast as it continues to expand its
edible division into the new year. Sadler and his team have made a new meaning of “sweet success.”
