This summer has been a challenging experience for just about everyone I know. I have found that wine is a great way to go because 1) there are health benefits when drinking wine (particularly red wines) . Red wines provide antioxidants, may promote longevity, and can help protect against heart disease and harmful inflammation, among other benefits. Interestingly, red wine likely has higher levels of antioxidants than white wine. So relax when you are sipping this great red wine for its health benefits as well as it being relaxing because you sip wines and have “small bites” while you are sipping!
