I have been hearing from a lot of people lately asking about what they can do to manage their time during the Pandemic. It’s not hard to make recommendations !
Here are a few of my own:
1) Start adding more plant-based foods into your diet;
2) Find a workout for yourself and stick to it. Even if it means walking around the block once a day, just start doing something!
3) Clean out your makeup kit
4) Go through cupboards and closets and start donating boxes of items.
5) Work on improving your skincare!
Number 5 might seem to be the hardest thing to accomplish but I have a solution for anyone wanting to improve the look and texture of your skin:
