Jerome Dahan, Citizens of Humanity CEO talks to Stevie about Citizens, the designs and what’s new with the denim line!
One of the most significant things about LA, its fashion scene and LA as a lifestyle is the proliferation of denim as a basic wardrobe staple. No longer just "casual" fare to wear around the house, denim is a basic wardrobe element for work, play and even red carpet events! While brands often get "hot" (and "haute") for a season or two, there are a few brands that have really withstood all the competition and are considered the "gold standard" of denim brands. These brands are consistently sought after and ones that get mentioned in press, worn by celebs and regular people all the time and are the building blocks for great looks because they fit so well and they make your bootie and legs look fabulous!
One of the great parts of my job is that I get to interview lots of people and one of my top ten was the creator/brains of Citizens of Humanity, Jerome Dahan.
