An Easy, FUN Way for Women to Lose Weight! If Only We Had It Here!
Ever wonder what it would take to get your attention to work out? Think about it– really THINK about it. What would it take to get you into a fitness routine. Ok Skip that. How about just onto an exercise bike long enough to burn some SERIOUS amount of calories. ( I mean a lot more than 300 calories and some serious exercise)? What would give you the incentive to keep peddling that bike and just do it for the fun of it.
(And you are thinking is she crazy? No I am not crazy– I really do work-out alot for the sheer enjoyment as well as fitting into my jeans)

Great video right? Wouldn’t you work out to that every day if they had different choreography? I sure would– and I hate being on the bike. That would definitely get me on a bike and keep me on it!
