Morena Baccarin, Emmy nominee for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, stepped onto the red carpet of the 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards showcasing a radiant look created by Celebrity Makeup Artist Lina Hanson using ARCONA skin care. The Homeland actress, who is pregnant with her first child, looked stunning in a red strapless gown by Alexander McQueen.

Before makeup application, which included a glam red lip and cat-eye liner, Hanson made sure to prep Baccarin’s skin to create an overall luminous look that only enhanced her natural pregnancy glow!

“Skincare is such an essential part of the makeup process, especially for red-carpet moments, as it creates the ultimate canvas allowing makeup to really stand out and shine,” said Celebrity Makeup Artist, Lina Hanson.

Prior to walking the red carpet, Baccarin paid regular visits to the ARCONA Studio in Santa Monica to receive facial treatments from aesthetician Brandi Brown. Brown used a mix of ARCONA’s Signature Facial Contouring ($85.00) and Organic Enzyme Peel ($115) treatments on Baccarin to produce strong, healthier, and younger looking skin.

Skin:
Hanson began the beauty look by cleansing Baccarin’s face with ARCONA Triad Pads ($32.00, arcona.com)– cranberry toner cotton pads that infuse the skin with protective antioxidants to leave it glowing and refreshed.
Next, Hanson applied ARCONA Magic White Ice ($40.00/30 ml & $60.00/50 ml, arcona.com) to moisturize and leave skin looking fresh and dewy.
She then applied ARCONA Eye Dew ($38.00, arcona.com) around the eyes for a beautiful highlight against the flashes on the red carpet.
Hanson finished by patting ARCONA Desert Mist ($35.00, arcona.com) on Baccarin’s cheekbones, cheeks, and forehead for a gorgeous glow before applying makeup foundation.(all products available at www.arcona.com )

Thanks to Marie P for the great coverage of Morena Baccarin’s beauty prep for the Emmys!
I personally have used the products and had at least 3 facials (I paid for products and 2 facials, was gifted one facial and some product as well — about 6 years ago)
The line is incredible. You get great skin out of using it. The facials are not the same relaxing, soothing facials but you come out looking so much better than you did before!! A regular regimen of them makes a HUGE difference. Sarah Michelle Geller and a slew of celebs are fans (and I mean REAL FANS) of these facials!
