While going to the gym works for some people, there are others it doesn’t really fit into their lives. Given the weather lately — most places but So. Calif– it’s been brutal, nasty weather and definitely not conducive to gym workouts.
What’s a guy or a girl to do when they want and need that workout – if just to blow off the stress of yet another day of SNOW?
DVD workouts are hot on my list because I am easily bored and working out in the gym often means fun times because of the people but equally fighting for parking spaces and wondering about parking tickets. DVD workouts do well for those who are snow-bound or can’t handle the weather-laden trip to a gym or outdoors to do whatever sport or activity they love to do. For those who have read my fitness reviews before or those who know me, I am a huge fan of Fred Devito and Elisabeth Halfpapp! Their Core Fusion is a blend of Yoga, Lotte Berk with other moves that you already know. The Beginners DVD is perfect for newbies or those who just want to refresh and tweak their form.
