  1. That recipe for pumpkin pie sounds amazing and it doesn’t hurt that it has less fat and cholesterol than your typical pumpkin pie. Would never have thought of including lime juice, but I bet it adds an interesting flavor element.

  2. The pie has a depth of flavor and I think the lime juice would be useful to adding a bit of counterpoint to the sweetness and keeps it lively.
