This is Day 8 of the 12 Drinks of Christmas 2015 series of cocktails and sips. This is my annual ode to cocktails over the holidays! I am featuring 12 different days (or more) of cocktails that you can make up to your taste. There will be assorted brands and all kinds of interesting alcoholic beverages and maybe one to two days of non-alcoholic recipes for you to try. STRAWBERRY WITH PEPPER COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
50ML of Mezcal Alacran
2 Strawberries
3 Peppercorns
20ML Lemon Juice
15ML Orange Liqueur
8 Mint Leaves
Method:
Shake all the ingredients. Strain easily. Serve in an old fashion glass. Enjoy!
SMOKEY BLUES COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
Old fashion glass
Ice
45ML Mezcal Alacran
30ML Cointreau
30ML Lime Juice
30ML Blackberry Puree
Method:
Shake all the ingredients. Strain easily. Serve in an old fashion glass. Enjoy!
