Celebrities Featured: Paula Abdul and Jessica Simpson
Jessica Simpson
Color
The icy blue colour sets off beautifully her tan and her hair colour.
Body Shape
The choice of dress is spot on for her build and shape. It shows off all her female curves and legs.
Style
What happened when she accessoirzed this dress and look?
This is a casual elegant dress which is worn during the day, so why do you choose a pair of shoes that not only match in colour, but also occasion and style?
What’s up with this bag? It’s a a total mismatch with this outfit and look. It doesn’t go with her shoes or dress Sadly, the accessories spoil the outfit entirely so the outfit looks cheap, tacky and uncoordinated.
Overall Rating: 2 ** Two Stars
Paula Abdul
Color
Wow- Wow- Wow- Groomed and styled almost to perfection. It doesn’t look only all very stylish, sophisticated but all very current and appropriate for her age, shape and proportion. The colour of the dress is pretty but not on her since it is wrong for her colouring. It is far too light and though it works for her skin, it is not working with her hair and colouring.
Style
She is right by keeping it all in the same colour since that makes her appear taller rather than breaking the colour, but it doesn’t help if it is the wrong colour. The plunging neckline is revealing but kept at bay in a very sophisticated style and manner by using a broach to prevent revealing too much.
Body Shape
The dolman sleeves works beautifully on her figure and is being pulled altogether with a her belt, that shows of her waist.
The whole outfit gives her a beautiful silhouette and is nicely set in motion with her accessories. Since she is petite in height and scale she picked her shoes, clutch bag and earrings that reflect this, so they aren’t over powering her. Abdul’s choice in her hairstyle is just picture perfect! It is classy, but relaxe; it is sophisticated but still very youthful, very now.
Overall Rating: 4****
