Her blog features Amadei, the best, most unusual chocolate in the world. Imported from Italy, it’s finally making a dent in the US market and it’s not inexpensive but it is the most fabulous, intensely chocolate flavor with different undertones.

The Crema Toscana is just plain amazing. Containing only Piedmont hazelnuts, milk, sugar, cocoa paste, and vanilla, it’s a heavenly feel inside your mouth. It’s such an intense hazelnut flavor! Bravo to the Tessieri duo for not using any vegetable fats or soy lecithin. Move over, Nutella. This might take the world by storm.
You might want to get this and pour it over pound cake, ice cream or mix a tiny bit into coffee. OR be bold– and make it into a cocktail!! Heaven in a jar!!
What’s even better is the gorgeously rich white chocolate pistachio tiramisu recipe that she has on the blog. It’s to die for!! It does take some effort to make from scratch but if you do it, and use Amadei chocolate (don’t substitute!), your rep in the kitchen will be set for life. HONEST!! This is *that* phenomenal
