Hats and hair ornaments are coming back– in a huge way. No matter what your budget, you can find something that suits your style and needs if you start hunting down drugstores, vintage stores, also select department stores, boutiques and even places like Marshalls, Forever 21 or TJ Maxx.
I love the Jennifer Behr headwraps and hair ornaments– they are so cheeky-chic-y cool but tres expensive.. though I do heart them greatly.
