Formerly a documentary filmmaker and writer, Randi has spent over 12 years in the wellness industry as a yoga and meditation teacher, lecturer, spiritual retreat leader, and creator of customized healing ceremonies and rituals. Her teaching and workshops have been featured at some of Los Angeles’ top yoga studios, and she regularly counsels industry leaders from the worlds of entertainment, finance and business, and seniors’ health care, with her yoga and meditation techniques. Her work has taken her to top retreat centers and spas in Southern California, Hawaii, and Mexico.
