It’s “party time” in LA again and my good friend Y and I hit a couple of events in one night. The party at Pretty Things on Dayton was the first of the evening and a great way to kick off a fun time.
Pretty Things Storefront
This gem of a store is really cute and despite it’s relatively small size, owner Meghan Kendall utilizes every inch of the space.
Cosabella hanging on the wall
She features accessories, a lean assortment of fashion to keep it more exclusive — buying one piece in each size– so that you don’t see yourself coming and going. A nice touch because it keeps you coming back for more new things.
Gorgeous oversize rings that are pretty affordable for the size and style. Loved each and every one of them.
The store got quite busy as guests filtered in to check out the new lines the store was carrying including the new Liv Grn line that is eco-friendly and donates to “green” charities.
The “Liv Grn” girls: Amy Arebelo, Meghan Kendall, Nicole Myden, Jessica Thompson, Kristin Deasy anD Daryn Herman
There were great things to drink and snacks to munch on (including some incredible cookies from an amazing bakery, Diddy Reese in Westwood, CA . Incredibly delish cookies — and they are addicting!
LA-Story’s Stevie, Sydney Hollard (LIV GRN line) and Pretty Thing store owner, Meghan Kendall.

One of the best parts:
Pretty Thing eco gift bag— and it’s WAY too cute to throw away. (thinking about turning it into a treat bag– full of chocolate and snacks)
The store had a raffle and it turns out Y won a prize!! How great is that? I think it’s awesome. We both were eyeing more Cosabella.
Thanks to Meghan and Sydney for a great party.
