While Grey’s Anatomy was strange with Izzy & George having an affair in Season 4, who would have thought Season 5 could be any weirder– but it did!
Izzie started seeing Denny’s ghost and having sex with Denny while having a relationship with Alex Karev. Given the drama with Meredith & Christina at odd and then “little Grey” (Meredith’s intern sister) having a relationship with Sloan and all the other stuff going on. It became difficult to keep the score card straight.

However things did start turning around in the last 4 episodes when Izzy was diagnosed with cancer, Meredith was planning her wedding to McDreamy and George deciding to join the military along with change in the relationship between Christina and ER trauma surgeon Owen Hunt who almost killed Christina previously due to his PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) . If you didn’t see the ending of the season, I am not going to give you any spoiler. If you missed any epsiodes, this is the chance to fill in the blanks before the launch of the new season on 9/24 (2 hours!) that answers a lot of questions.
The seven-disc DVD set includes every episode from season five of the ABC hit series plus one full disc of exclusive bonus features including bloopers, deleted scenes, cast interviews, extended episodes and cast interviews.

Addison has gone through a couple of romantic interludes and meets Mr (or Dr) Right but finds out he’s married to one of her patients. Violet is about to have a baby and she is unsure who the father is. Naomi’s love life and personal relationships are hard to deal with as she tries to get past the divorce and her scrambling the finances of the practice. The ending of the season left a couple of HUGE cliff-hangers and this is one I need to see when it hits back for Season 3 because I really like the Violet character and her relationships with the 3 men (how did she manage that?) in her life.

While you might have thought that initially this second season was slow-moving (can’t disagree with that), the characters by mid-season had picked up momentum and the ending episode of season 2 was absolutely edge of your seat. if you missed the episodes, you want to see this one to fill in the blanks. It’s really great acting by lots of under-appreciated actors. New season drops in Oct!! So definitely check out these dvds!
