We love Target’s “fast fashion” and we love the way they bring key styles, shapes and colors into the mix and still manage to keep the stylish look and yet keep the prices low.

This outfit still needs a bag, sunglasses and jewelry, but the essentials are all to be had for under $100 and they can be worn throughout the summer on a mix and match basis with other things.
