For as long as I have covered the LA scene, I have never been to B2V. I have been to tons of salons- with good to great results and a few times with some really sad results (hair that turned orange, cuts that were just wrong.) So I take each invitation to come see a salon with a touch of skepticism because in LA, you wonder about celebrity salons and how much that celebrity factor affects how regular customers get treated.
When I walked into B2V (after running around the block to find parking a couple times), I was open to a new experience because I knew I was going to hear about a fantastic new hair color line. Realize that I had hit both Hawaii and upstate east coast to sit on a Finger Lake on a boat for more than a week and my hair color was not the same as it was before I went to Hawaii. No matter how much protection I used and I had a great hat too, the color changed. I was ready to try just about anything to fix it (and I had done some “at-home fixes” with box hair color too!).
What I got was a warm, friendly greeting that was so different from any other salon I had been to in LA. These people acted like I was not only a regular customer but an old friend! I lead to the changing room and when I emerged, I was taken to a chair pronto with DIFIABA’s Director of Education and Master Colorist Roman Wadsworth checking out my hair and discussing what to do about the “unusual color”. We discussed the product at great length before I even shot the video so that I would be informed about what was going on. What I have to say about Roman is this: GENIUS!
Wow. Super-impressed, I found that we were talking like we had known each other for eons and I was extremely comfortable being candid about the condition of my hair and what I had done (and things that went wrong) on my hair.
He had this great idea to take the warm tones and mix it up with some caramel and also some nordic cool blonde tones highlights for greater depth and dimension in my hair color. He even went into several layers underneath to create a bit more sizzle.

Hello.. You need to reach out to Difiaba directly. This is merely an interview with the creative director. I think there must be website with a link to them and there should be a link within this story. I am just the blogger who interviewed the director.
