Here’s what Turnbow used and why Keri’s makeup looked a bit flat in photos (though not in real life on the red carpet. Kelly Osbourne rocked the red carpet wtih a look that takes her from starlet to stardom Dress courtesy of Tony Ward Couture made the most of Kelly’s fabulous curves.
Jewelry: Platinum bracelets with black and white diamonds, and a pair of platinum earrings with black diamonds (14 carats each) by Martin Katz.
Winner: 4 stars– Kelly Osbourne (lost a star because the dress was black when dark aubergine, forest, deep brick, or gold would have been better)
