Potocki Wodka is a new brand of vodka to California– a boutique rye vodka from Poland. Thanks to Potocki’s unique artisanal production, the vodka itself has a unique rye character and is perfect served chilled with foods such as smoked salmon or meats, caviar, and event chocolate/mocha/lemon desserts.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Potocki Wódka
.75 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
1 oz sparkling wine
Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine vigorously with ice to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lemon peel.
Potocki Clubland Cocktail

Ingredients
35 ml Potocki Wódka
35 ml White Port
1-2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Double strain in to a champagne coupe. If desired, garnish with lemon or grapefruit zest

2.5 oz. Potocki Wódka¼ oz pasteurized egg white
3-4 drops of Kaffir lime extract*
A dash of crème de cassis
A few drops Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz. lime juice
A few drops yuzu juice
A dash of simple syrup
Yuzu zest
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, strain in to martini glass. Garnish with yuzu zest.
*Kaffir lime extract: Steep 5-6 Kafir lime leaves that in a small amount of vodka for 2-3 days.
