I had heard about a new hair care line back in December and January. I could never remember the name but it was different. I was trying to track down the brand and was having some difficulty. I figured I would see it at ISSE in Long Beach, CA but it wasn’t there. However I ran into someone else that I knew from Warren Tricomi Los Angeles at the show and she told me that the salon’s managing partner, Kaz Amor had a new hair care line out. I don’t remember getting the name from her at all but I figured I would start circling back to Kaz to find out what was new. While I was doing my scouting and hunting, I heard about this line Voce– but still didn’t know who or what was behind it. I found it on Facebook.
Once I saw it on Facebook, I started an email campaign through FB and their website. Finally I got a response from the brand’s PR and it turns out Kaz Amor’s new line and VOCE Haircare are the same exact line! WOW! Now that’s something and someone I can take seriously. There are very few lines that make my “must have” list. Plus I have known Kaz for a long time– at least 5 years– and he has seen my hair in lots of different colors and styles. Everytime I see him, I am different!
I was invited into the salon to get a test on my hair and was shocked at how great it was. A Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner and ONE styling product– the Leave-in Conditioner and I had smooth, frizz-free locks that rocked. It was a quick blow-out and wow I was impressed.

Kaz was really great: he gave me Hydrating shampoo and conditioner, the Leave-in Conditioner and the Smoothing Cream. Wow. LOVE this stuff. It works really well and I am thinking about investing in more pieces of the line: Masque, the Deep Purple shampoo and the Smoothing duo simply because I think that I can clear out a lot of other products that I have but don’t love and be using these. For me to even say that in my own head has me kind of surprised. I try hair care lines a lot– different products for different things. I scrutinize ingredient labels.
