Yelp Business Owner Town Hall in Orange County on Thursday, March 21st from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Surfas Culinary District in Costa Mesa, CA.
This casual, free event will be a great opportunity:
— to ask questions and share feedback about Yelp;
–learn more about the Yelp suite of free tools for business owners
–and best practices for engaging with online critics and network with other like-minded local businesses.
The event will kick off with a 45-minute panel discussion consisting of Orange County business owners and members of the Yelp Orange County Elite Squad.
Yelp’s Orange County Community Manager, Ryan C. will be moderating the discussion with Morgan Remmers, Yelp’s Manager of Local Business Outreach.
Topics of conversation will include
—the ins and outs of Yelp reviews,
—how the site works and tips on how business owners can best utilize Yelp.
Q&A time too and refreshments will be served.
