I have the opportunity to speak to Joe Antouri about more than FitGum but how to get fit, get healthy and what role food plays in getting fit. Wow- this was one long conversation but it was worth it because Joe Antouri is an expert in this field and I learned a lot (hey Planet Shark Fitness– he talks like you do!)
Books by Joe Antouri:
Now It’s My Turn To Get Fit (Volume 1)
There are so many books by Joe Antouri- primarily translated into other languages and they are aimed at those who want to be a fitness pro in different areas., I suggest you hit Amazon or Barnes and Noble to see what is there. This is hard core, SERIOUS training!!

I have been using Fitgum and I like it. It tastes like regular gum, I noticed I am no longer tired or worn out after chewing it. It puts my body in check and I get more focused. I had the best time talking to Joe Antouri and if you want to get serious about working as a fitness pro, you want to join his program. If you are serious about losing weight, take one of his seminars. He’s RIGHT!! Everything he says about food — and how to eat it- -is right.

Hawthorne berry and black pepper extract..hmm. I do think metabolism is very wack in most Americans, possibly due to mineral deficiencies. This will do no harm anyhow.
I thought it interesting that he said in the interview (waaaay long too) that vegetables and fruit weren’t carbs (complex carbs is what they are). He said they were just fruits and veggies– it’s an interesting comment to make.
tee hee, I love the idea of fitgum!
I use matcha to kickstart my metabolism. But fitgum would be way easier than whisking up green tea every morning!
