Have you ever gone on vacation, taken a lot of photos download them to your computer’s hard drive and never show them to anyone?
Well, now there’s a nifty app solution that seeks to solve that and one that I think you’ll benefit greatly from, check out Younity and see what it can do for you!
Younity is an app that allows people to access files from any device. This nifty app scans folders on your computer and lets you access them on your iPhone– without needing cloud storage space. Younity creates a personal cloud for all your files, built from your devices devices all the time, without having to sync.
Younity’s Video on how to use this app!
Younity doesn’t actually copy or store any of your data. Instead ,you install the software on your Windows or Mac OS X PC, and Younity indexes and catalogues the data.
All of your files stay where they are—safely on your PCs, but the Younity app on iPhone or iPad can access the data from anywhere.
You can do everything you can access:
Stream music,
Watch movies
View photos
Access documents and spreadsheets
All of this is possible via Younity’s app on your iPhone! Younity also integrates seemlessly with services like SkyDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
iPhone app from Younity is available now (see below) on iTunes. It is not yet available for Android but it is “in process”

As I get further information on how to use this app in more ways and/or the Android launch, I will be circling back on this topic!
