Aquadopa: Why This Beverage Could Be “The” Healthy Choice for Getting Your Day (+ Life) Moving Forward!
Are you tired, moving slow and just not engaged in the “task at hand” (whatever that may be)? What do you take for that– anything? Do you reach for something to give you an energy burst like chocolate, sweets, or a large coffee drink? What about juice or energy drinks? Does this sound familiar to you?
Clear your desk of all of the above (except for maybe water) because there’s something new on the market that’s about to change the way you and I both think. That latest “must-have” drink or treat is called Aquadopa. YES.. it’s an odd name but it’s a canned beverage created by a doctor with the goal of creating a drink that would help give him that improved and enhanced drive to accomplish his goals. Sounds too good to be true, right?
Hang tight boys and girls because I have lots of 411 including a podcast interview with the doctor behind Aquadopa that will answer all your questions and get skeptics in line to drink it– including me (and I am a pretty good skeptic.)

Who is Dr. Andrew Hemmen?
Dr. Andrew Hemmen, board certified in Internal Medicine, is a vibrant physician living in the southwest U.S. He is an advocate of self-improvement and better living. In recent years, Dr. Hemmen has become particularly interested in our neurochemistry associated with motivation and success. Although many factors go into the makeup of a successful individual, the key chemical is dopamine. Our motivation and reward system is dependent on this key neurotransmitter as it causes our behavior to become goal-oriented. Our ability to think abstractly as well as our clarity of distant space and time is enhanced by dopamine. Simply put, with dopamine our goals are perceived closer and our rewards sweeter.
In 2011, Dr. Hemmen began to consider natural ways to support and enhance our motivation and reward system based on natural herbs and amino acids. He then began to develop this beverage to take us “beyond energy,” and the concept of Aquadopa was born.

While you might find that Amazon sells out fast, it’s worth it to buy a case at a time once you find you like the flavor. While Dr. Hemmen and I talk about the tweaks to the flavor profile are in process of being made, you need to know where the brand came from initially and actually try it. I find that the drink at first was odd but now — when I pour it over ice- it’s perfectly palatable to my tastebuds.. much like a sweet-ish green and ginseng tea with a ginger shot to it. It does take some adjustment time but once you get that feeling that it’s on board, there’s nothing quite like it.
If you try a four-pack or even a single can of Aquadopa, please let me know what you think.
Tweet me at Twitter.com/lastory or hit me up on facebook.com/lastoryblog. Maybe take a photo of you with the can and post it to instagram (instagram.com/stevie_wilson). Just let me know it’s there.
