Dabble in a little mixology magic this spring/summer with Wild Hibiscus Flower Company’s new line of concentrated Floral Extracts. Completely natural–containing no alcohol, artificial preservatives, colorings or flavorings–the extracts can be used like bitters, with greater versatility. Ideal for coloring ice cubes and foams, or adding delicate floral scent to spritzers, mocktails, infusions and gelatin dishes, the line includes:
Rose + Hibiscus –
a fragrant blend of highly prized Bulgarian rose oil and fresh hibiscus juice
Hibiscus Flower –
fresh hibiscus juice infused with premium dried hibiscus flowers for intensely brilliant red color and deep berry flavor
b’Lure (ba-lure), made from the sensual blue butterfly pea flower, offering touch of sweetness and magical color-changing properties. The lower pH level (acidity) of citrus and other acidic ingredients interacts with b’Lure’s floral properties, mystically morphing from blue to purple to pink.
