It’s almost Labor Day and while it’s warm all over the country, it’s not going to be that way long (unless you live in California!) Here are two amazing frozen cocktails that will keep you chill but also deliver that flavor pop that everyone really wants on hot days! Celebrate the end of summer, Labor Day or both with these two fab cocktails that are sure to make the hot days a little easier to handle! These are wonderfully tasty cocktails!! Campari has a great color and is a blend of herbs and fruit with a resulting more bitter taste in that ruby red spirit
Frozen Strawberry Negroni
Created by Jeremy Ortel, Donna (Brooklyn)
Ingredients:
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Bulldog Gin
1 oz. Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth
.75 oz. Orange Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Strawberry
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a strawberry and orange slice.
Upward Float

Ingredients:
¾ oz. Campari
¾ oz. Bulldog Gin
1 oz. Cocchi Rosa
3-4 oz. Dry Vanilla Soda
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Method:
Build in the glass and top with ice cream and dry vanilla soda.
Garnish with Campari syrup, orange peel and sprinkles if desired.
These recipes really make me want to get some friends over to have a party. So much fun with these icy drinks that will minimize the hot days!
