It’s almost the holiday. I feel like I am starring down the wrong end of a shotgun with a slew of Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales yet to compil– not to mention the food I need to prepare for “THE BIG DAY!” .
That said, everything tastes better when they have something amazing to sip whether it’s wine, sparkling wines or amazing cocktails. I have so many cocktails to share with you and there will be some almost every day this week. Here’s a few for you to review!
Nothing says Fall like a little Pumpkin Spice:
Ménage a Trios Pumpkin Spice Martini
Ingredients:
2 parts Ménage a Trois Vodka
1 part Fulton’s Pumpkin Cream Liqueur
Method:
Mix over ice and strain into a Martini glass.
The Baked Apple 46

Ingredients:
2 parts Maker’s 46
½ part Apple Brandy
¼ part Cinnamon Syrup
2 Dashes Baked Apple Bitters
Smoked Cinnamon Stick, to garnish
Lemon Twist, to garnish
Method:
Fill rocks glass with ice and set aside. Combine Maker’s 46, Apple Brandy, Cinnamon Syrup and Apple Bitters into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Empty out rocks glass with ice. Take a lighter and heat the end of the cinnamon stick. When it start to smoke rim it around the inside of the glass. Strain into the rocks glass with a 2 inch ice cube. Zest a lemon twist and put it inside.

‘Tis the Spritzer

2 parts Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila
1 part Blood orange juice
½ part Aperol
½ part Cranberry juice
Champagne, to fill
Cranberries to garnish
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a shaking tin and fill with a handful of ice. Shake for 5 seconds and strain into a Collins glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with a few cranberries.
Ginger makes everything better during the holidays:
The Sugar Island Ginger Snap

Ingredients:
2 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
½ part Lime juice
½ part Ginger liqueur
Apple Cider, to fill
Rosemary sprig as garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin. Dry shake for 5 seconds. Fill the Collins glass with ice and top ¾ the way with Apple Cider. Float the remaining ingredients from the shaker over top. Quickly light rosemary sprig for garnish and place on top of cocktail.

The Holiday CRUZ

Ingredients:
1 ¼ parts CRUZ Silver Tequila
¾ part Crown Maple Syrup / Baileys mixture
1 part cream
Method:
Shake all ingredients together over ice; top with whipped cream and sprinkle.

Rosemary Kicker

Ingredients:
2 parts Ménage a Trois Vodka
½ part ounce Lillet
¼ part White peppercorn syrup
¼ part Rosemary infused Olive Juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Double strain into a couple
Glass and garnish with a Rosemary sprig
Pecans are great for more than just pies:
The Nutty Neige

Ingredients:
1 part QUI Tequila
½ part Averna Amaro
½ part Candied Pecan Syrup
½ part Aperol
¼ part Campari
Grapefruit twist, to garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with large ice cube and garnish with grapefruit twist and pecan
