As this weekend is prime Halloween party time, here are a few cocktails that you should be trying.
The Revivalist Gins, a distinctive portfolio of New Style Craft Gins from Pennsylvania, launches its DragonDance expression recently. This new release is the first jalapeño-infused gin to hit the U.S Market. Robust, bright and bursting with peppery notes, DragonDance gin is a spicy and savory gin unlike any other gin in the marketplace.
DragonsBlood:
Ingredients:
2 ounces The Revivalist DRAGONDANCE Botanical Gin
1.5 ounces Hennessey Cognac
1.5 Ounces Chambord Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
4-5 fresh slender red cayenne peppers for garnish
Process:
Chill large Martini glass
Add 2 dashes bitters to very chilled glass
In shaker with ice: add DragonDance Gin, Hennessey and Chambord;
Shake vigorously, Strain and pour into Martini glass
GARNISH
Thread slender red cayenne peppers (fresh) on a wood skewer across top of glass/peppers should be vertical for fire/claw effect

I can totally imagine jalapeño flavored gin. I love the innovation in these recipes. I am a gin fan, and have to look for this next time I go to a good liquor store. I m less likely to try the sake recipes, but they give me some great ideas to try.
