It’s a week before Christmas. I would bet you 50 chocolate chip cookies that you have already started hitting the Christmas cheer — whether it’s egg nog or wine, chocolate or candy canes, or pie and/or cakes. It’s so easy to give up your fitness routine at this time of year. When you add holiday eating to the mix, it makes staying fit even harder. The trick is to find trade-offs in the food categories and fast and relatively easy fitness routines that will make it easy for you to maintain working out.
That’s the point of this post and podcast! Noted fitness coach, Allison Hagendorf has launched a new app (both iPhone and Android available in their respective stores.) She and I had a chance to talk and I asked lots of questions about how to use the app and the best way to get started.
