It’s Day 11 of the 12 Drinks of Christmas! We are getting close to the end. Well not really the end, because I will run a couple of days longer and save a few for first true weekend in January since it’s such a busy weekend ahead.
PATRÓN is known for amazing tequila and even better liqueurs and extensions that use tequila. I personally love Patron family of spirits because nothing disappoints.
Warm-Hearted

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Silver (Try the 3/8 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio instead!)
1 1/2 oz Whole Milk
1 1/2 oz Coconut Milk
1/4 oz Galangal Syrup
1/8 tsp Chai Spice Tea
Method:
Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
Heat gently until steaming.
For the spoon garnish:
Dip the bowl of the teaspoon into melted dark chocolate and tap off the excess.
Dust with chai spices and set on parchment paper to dry.
Mistletoe Punch

Ingredients:
1 liter of Patrón Silver
0.5 liter of Spiced White Wine Syrup*
0.5 liter of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 liter of Sparkling Water
4 large Rosemary Sprigs
Garnish (per serving): Star Anise and Rosemary Sprig
Method:
Combine Patrón Silver with rosemary sprigs and lightly muddle it.
Add syrup and lemon juice. Stir all ingredients together.
Add ice to a shaker, fill it up with a mix and shake
(This step will need to be repeated until the mix is finished).
Strain through a fine strainer to a punch bowl with an ice block.
Gently stir in sparkling water.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs and anise stars.
*Spiced White Wine Syrup:
In a saucepan combine
16 oz. of dry white wine,
1 quart of sugar,
1 cup of diced ginger,
10 anise stars,
2 small cinnamon sticks,
half of a nutmeg (grated),
small handful of black peppercorns.
Cover and bring it to boil.
Momentarily reduce heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Cool it down and strain it.
Deco the Halls

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Patrón Silver
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz egg whites
3 Drops orange blossom water
Pinch of Activated Charcoal
Method:
Combine ingredients in shaker with a handful of crushed ice and shake until ice is completely melted and drink is nice and frothy.
Pour through a fine strainer into coupe glass.
Allow cocktail to settle into different layers.
Hold stencil over the top of the cocktail and spray angostura to produce ‘art deco’ pattern.
