I know St Patrick’s Day isn’t till Friday but I have this insane collection of cocktails that I really wanted to share with you early! Why? Because I think you might want to hit your favorite liquor purveyor/store to get supplies. This St. Patrick’s Day won’t be like previous St. Paddy’s Day celebrations you have experienced This one offers tons of flavor options! So get the supplies you will need and invite some friends for Friday night’s partying -with you playing bartender of course!!
Leprechaun Lemonade
Created by Masa Urushido of Saxon + Parole
Ingredients:
1 part Ménage à Trois Vodka
1 part lemonade
¾ part Crème Yvette liqueur
¾ part melon liqueur
2-3 mint leaves for garnish
Method:
Shake vodka and lemonade together, set aside. Build cocktail in Collins glass over ice: first pour Crème Yvette liqueur, then vodka lemonade blend, topped off with melon liqueur. Garnish with mint.
Lucky Verde Shooter

Ingredients:
1 part Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila
1 part Verde mix*
Method:
Pour single shot of Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila;
Pour second shot of Verde mix.
Enjoy Tres Agaves followed immediately by mix.
*Verde mix:
Blend or cold press all vegetables: 1 tomatillo, 1 cucumber, 1 celery stalk, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 2-3 dashes of green Tabasco.
Season with Salt and pepper to taste.
Shamrock Cooler

Ingredients:
2 parts serrano-infused Maker’s Mark® Bourbon*
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
½ part agave syrup
Pinch salt
1 cup ice
4 sprigs tarragon
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until the ice is pureed.
Serve immediately.
MAKING Serrano-Infused Makers Mark
*Serrano-infused Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
Ingredients:
2 cups Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
1 piece serrano pepper, cut in half and deseeded
Method:
Combine the pepper and Maker’s Mark® Bourbon in an airtight container and allow it to macerate for at least 2 days. Store in the fridge and shake container gently twice a day.
Swizzle Me Irish

Ingredients:
½ parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
¾ part Fresh Kiwi Puree
¼ part Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ part Pineapple Juice
Method:
In a glass shaker, add all ingredients,
Add ice and shake and strain over crushed ice.
Garnish with Kiwi wheel and a pineapple leaf.
Clover Sipper

Ingredients:
2 parts Bache-Gabrielsen VSOP Natur and Eleganse
¾ part Simple Syrup
¾ part Fresh Lime Juice
1 part Soda Water
Method:
Muddled mint and cucumber.
Shake, strain into tall glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.
