This flavorful ale is our take on a Belgian Kriek. This beer is aged on a bed of Balaton cherries for an intense black cherry character, which are prized for their depth of flavor. The dark red fruit and tart sweetness is balanced & mellowed by a rich maltiness and hint of toasted oak.

Distinctive, enticing and complex. This unique brew builds from the inspiration of Flemish reds, and combines an earthy sourness and hints of dark fruit with a rich maltiness and touch of toasted oak. These flavors are rounded and deepened by the barrel aging that adds a hint of toasted oak.

Thirteenth Hour

The 13th hour is known as the witching hour, and a time when strange brews can occur. Using 13 ingredients, we combined the roasted chocolate and coffee flavors of a stout with the complex spicy character of a Belgian-style ale aged in oak for a deep, robust, and complex brew.
