As we are heading towards the end of the week (TGIT!! TGIF!! Cannot wait!), it’s time to share a couple of cocktails for you to mix up this weekend. Start the celebrations early. It’s been that kind of week!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz La Pinta
1/2 oz Clase Azul Plata
3/4 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
1 dash angostura bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a tin, shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a dash of bitters.
La Pinta Paloma (by Duggan McDonnell Cantina, San Francisco, CA.)
Ingredients:
2 oz La Pinta Pomegranate liqueur
1 oz 100% Clase Azul Plata tequila
1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit
Sprite to fill
Method:
Pour all ingredients over ice in a Collins glass.
La Pinta Sunrise By Cabo Villas Hotel, in Cabo San Lucas.
Ingredients:
1 oz Clase Azul Plata Tequila
1 oz La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz Orange juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
Dash of Grenadine
Method:
Fill a shaker full of ice with tequila and the juices. Shake 30 seconds and strain into a glass full of ice
Add in the Pomegranate liqueur and give it a gentle stir.
Add in the splash of grenadine!
