IN THE MOOD FOR: Poolside Relaxation and Pampering Day

AMBROSIA FRESH
Ingredients:
1 1/3 oz. of FOS Mastiha
2/3 oz. premium gin
1/4 cucumber no skin no seeds
1/3 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 dash angostura bitters
Method:
Muddle cucumber in base of shaker.
Add rest of ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber
THE GREEK
Ingredients:
1.25oz FOS Mastiha
.25oz Creme de Mure
.25oz Grapefruit Bitters
Squeeze of lemon
Splash of fresh Grapefruit Juice
Method:
Pour all ingredients except grapefruit juice into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top it off with splash of fresh grapefruit juice
IN THE MOOD FOR: Boating and Dinner Parties
Can’t decide to bring rum, vodka, or tequila on the boat? Why limit yourself to one when all three provide a smooth finish with Allaire spirits. Allaire Golden Margarita

Ingredients:
2oz Allaire Cristal Age tequila
fresh squeezed lime juice
Organic agave
24K Edible gold powder (Check Amazon.com for the 24K gold powder/flakes/sheet that works for you! Click HERE)
Method:
Pour tequila into shaker filled with ice.
Add lime juice and agave.
Shake well (at least 10 shakes!)
Pour over ice in your choice
Top off with 24K edible gold powder that melts on top of the cocktail, giving a melted gold look floating on top of the Margarita.
Enjoy!
THE BLACK ORCHID

•1 ¼ oz. Allaire Six Times Distilled Vodka
•¾ oz. Crème de Violette
•1 oz. Lemon juice
•¾ oz. Simple syrup
Method:
Combine all ingredients in shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into martini glass.
Garnish with edible orchid
