THE EXACT LIP COLOR AND BRAND-NEW MOISTURIZER FROM MARC JACOBS BEAUTY
LADY GAGA DEBUTED AT THE 2019 MET GALA
MAKEUP BY: MARC JACOBS BEAUTY GLOBAL ARTISTRY AMBASSADOR SARAH TANNO
To prep Gaga’s 2019 Met Gala makeup look, Sarah Tanno started with the new, first-ever skincare product from Marc Jacobs Beauty, Youthquake Hydra-Full Retexturizing Gel Crème ($59).
What Is It? What Does It Do?
Youthquake retexturizes and moisturizes at the same time, thanks to pineapple enzymes and encapsulated sodium hyaluronate, making it the perfect prep step for a makeup-ready canvas and the ultimate red carpet glow must-have. Because of Youthquake’s immense moisturizing properties, Sarah ditched the foundation and just used Accomplice Concealer & Touch-Up Stick ($32), and topped the complexion off with Accomplice Instant Blurring Beauty Powder ($49) for a soft-focus, flawless glow.
She used The Face II – Sculpting Foundation Brush No. 2 ($48) for a quick live touch-up on the red carpet (as seen in the pic above!).
For the lips, Sarah used Le Marc Liquid Lip Crayon in Flaming-oh! ($26), an electric pink shade, and topped with Enamored Hydrating Lip Gloss Stick in Sweet Escape ($28), a pink lemonade shade, for extra gloss and shine – which Gaga then reapplied on the pink carpet!
Youthquake Hydra-Full Retexturizing Gel Crème ($59) is available for a limited time NOW on
with 3-day early access until Wednesday, May 8 before the official launch later this month.
