This recipe was created by local Los Angeles bartender, Manny Nieves (Seven Grand), inspired by his boss and mentor, Victor Delgado.

Many of our “work meetings” and the time when I received some of the best professional and personal advice were fueled walks around Downtown LA, eating fruit topped with chili from the street vendors.”

Ingredients:
1.75 oz Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon
0.5 oz Mango-infused Campari
0.5 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Cinzano Vermouth Bianco
4 dashes passionfruit bitters
Stirred over a rock
Tajin half rim and lime twist
Method:
Add ingredients into mixing glass with ice.
Stir for approximately 12 seconds.
Strain into double-rocks glass over 1 large cube.
Garnish with a tajin rim and lime twist.
Blackberry Bramble
This cocktail is perfect for brunch or early evening cocktails!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur
- Fresh Blackberries
Method:
- Shake first three ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice
- Muddle blackberries in a rocks glass,
- Add contents of shaker into the glass,
- Top with floater of blackberry liqueur,
- Garnish with lemon and blackberries
