Mixing It Up for National Vodka Day! Hot Cocktails with Cool Spirits! Celebrate 10/4/2019 + the Weekend!

Friday 10/4/2019 is NATIONAL VODKA DAY!!

And I have a slew of cocktails recipes to share with you! You will want to mix up at least 2-3 different cocktails because the recipes are killer! And considering it’s a Friday, you don’t have to try everything in just one day! You can spread out the celebration over the weekend!!

As you check out these cocktail recipes, stop and think about which would be the most fun to make and consume!

 

NATIONAL VODKA DAY COCKTAILS

 

 

Lime & Strawberry Drop Martini

 

 

Ingredients:
2 ounces Seagram’s Lime Vodka
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce strawberry simple syrup
½ ounce triple sec

Method:
Rim your glass with sugar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake to chill and combine ingredients
Fine strain into a coupe glass
Garnish & Enjoy!

 

 

Fall Sunset

Ingredients:
2 ounces of Seagram’s Extra Smooth
4 ounces of grapefruit juice
¼ ounce of grenadine
Grapefruit and umbrella garnish

Method:
Add grenadine to a highball glass
Add grapefruit juice and Seagram’s Extra Smooth to a shaker
Shake then strain over ice into highball glass
Garnish with grapefruit slice

 

 

Bucha Berry Fall

Ingredients:
2 ounces of Seagram’s Extra Smooth
1/2 ounce of mixed berry syrup
top with kombucha (preferably strawberry lemonade kombucha)
Garnish with mixed berry pick

Method:
Add everything to a shaker except the kombucha
Shake then strain into a wine glass
Top with kombucha and garnish with a mixed berry pick

 

 

Apple Lemon Drop

 

 

Ingredients:
2 ounces Seagram’s Apple Vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Sugar (for rim)

Method:
Rim your glass with sugar.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients.
Strain into your glass.
Garnish & Enjoy!

 

Smoke, Mirrors and Colors

Recipe:
1.5 ounces of Crystal Head Aurora Vodka
1 ounce of dry vermouth
½ ounce of mezcal

Method:
Add all ingredients to mixing glass; stir
Strain into a coupe glass
*This cocktail uses dry ice: use with caution and do not ingest

 

The Benny

Ingredients:
1.5 ozCrystal Head Vodka
.5 oz Cedilla Açaí liquor
.5 oz Lime
.5 oz Ginger simple syrup
4 mint leaves

Method:
Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker,
Shake till really cold
Pour into glass and garnish with mint leaves

 

Violet Chachki

Ingredients:
1 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Lemon
½ oz. Simple Syrup

Method:
Infuse the first three ingredients with a bag of butterfly pea flower tea (turns the drink bright purple and adds tea flavor).
Shake and pour on the rocks.
Garnish with rainbow candy.

 

Bittersweet Endings

 

 

Ingredients:
2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Benedictine
Garnish: Lemon twist

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir gently.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

I love these cocktails. I would make up every single one if I had enough vodka in the house. I really want to use the Seagrams Vodkas aand Crystal Head Vodka is absolutely killer!
