I don’t know about you but I LOVE tacos. At my house, we have been bingeing tacos every single week. I  have been cooking up pork, chicken, turkey, beef in various ways in my Instant Pot to test drive how various meats taste as taco filling.  I have even tried using breaded fish fillets and heating them in my AirFryer (for crispy exterior)  as taco filling (Super-Yummy particularly if you get beer-battered fish sticks or fillets from the frozen fish section at your  local market!).

I have even made egg tacos by using the Ore-Ida’s Crack an Egg–a  super fast meal that all you are required to do is crack and egg, add in the packets included in the container and microwave it for  less than 2 minutes (according to instruction on the container) and you have food.  Heat up a  couple of tortillas and you have breakfast tacos in less than 3 minutes!
