Here are three cocktail recipes that you can use to celebrate National Booch Day!
Ancient Berry Gin Smash
6 Red Raspberries
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. of Gin
2 oz. Flying Embers Ancient Berry Kombucha
Thoroughly muddle berries and simple syrup.
Add 4oz gin and shake over ice. Strain into a highball glass full of crushed ice,
Float 2oz Ancient Berry Kombucha.
Garnish with a skewer of berries.
1.5oz. Tequila or Mezcal
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Flying Embers Grapefruit Thyme Kombucha
Rim glass with salt and pour all ingredients except Hard Kombucha into low ball glass filled with ice.
Float 2oz Grapefruit Thyme Kombucha.
Garnish with thyme sprig.
1.5 oz. London Dry Gin
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup
2 oz. Lemon Orchard Flying Embers Kombucha
1 oz. Champagne
Lemon Twist as a garnish
Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and garnish with a lemon twist.
I have tried the 3 original flavors. My partner loves them all. I like them too but I can’t wait to try the 3 new flavors!
