Today is National Gluten-Free Day! Celebrate with Gluten-Free Be Tini’s Tasty Cocktails!

National Gluten-Free Day was first organized in 2014, according to Fed & Fit, in order to bring awareness to the community on the upsides (and hardships) of a gluten-free diet.

Gluten proteins are highly resistant to protease enzymes that break down proteins in your digestive tract.

The incomplete digestion of proteins allows for peptides — large units of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins — to cross over through the wall of your small intestine into the rest of your body.

For people with celiac disease, eating foods containing gluten can cause their immune systems to damage the lining of the small intestine, which can lead to nutritional deficiencies,  along with headaches, fatigue, joint pain, bloating and more! It also aggravates irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.    (Information via #intolerance)

Having celiac disease or being sensitive to gluten means a change in diet and for many,  it’s hard to give up bread, pasta, cookies, cakes, and anything made with wheat. I have several friends who have celiac disease and it’s not easy to deal with.
One of the things most people don’t realize that most alcoholic beverages have some gluten in them– which is really difficult if you are having a cocktail or everyone else is drinking beer!  Because beer and other alcohols are made with grains, that means it has gluten!

I was sent samples of Be Tini flavors so that I could taste them. These samples make it easy for me to review the products. One can’t comment on the flavor if you haven’t tried-which is why I  received samples!

Rather than me sharing all the things those with celiac problems can’t have, I would rather share with you something that anyone who with celiac disease or is sensitive to gluten can have — a cocktail from your choice of  Be Tini’s pre-mixed cocktails that are gluten-free and taste heavenly!

These pre-mixed, premium spirit cocktails are so delish, that you will want to share the array of flavors with your friends and family.  It’s the new  “IT” thing to bring to a party or any gathering because it’s the perfect alcoholic beverage and it won’t cause problems for those who need to be gluten-free!

 The Be Tini Collection:

Here’s a “snapshot” of each flavor!

As you can see, there is a fun array of flavors .. and each cocktail can be tweaked to make it your own personal Be Tini recipe!
What’s not to love???

I love BeTini cocktails. I would love to tell you that I have one favorite flavor, but I don’t! I really like the variety because I like to change up my “flavor of the day”! As I tried each one, the flavors were honest and crisp. This is a couple of steps up from anything you tried in the “pre-mixed cocktail” category. They are simply YUMMY! Don’t forget that it’s low-calorie (!!!) and low carb (!!!) so that if you are watching calories or carbs, you can still have a stunningly great cocktail to sip!

The spirits are top quality and the flavor profile you are seeking is definitely there.  There is no skimping on the alcohol in each cocktail! Plus  the bottles are quite large.  These bottles also have a twist-off cap that makes it super easy to pour and offer to friends because you don’t have to mix it up. You can take a bottle to the park,  beach, a party, a tail-gating event and know that you can easily open the bottle.
You just add garnishes (and maybe ice) and you and your guests are ready to party! PLUS it’s a gluten-free cocktail too!
The founder,  Julie Stevens has thought of everything to make your parties easy and the rave of your friends and family!

Julie Stevens has a background in design and created the design of the bottles. She holds multiple patents on these designs!

Feel good about celebrating National Gluten-Free Day and celebrate cocktails that not only look pretty in the bottle but taste fabulous in a glass! Another reason to feel good about buying Be Tini Cocktails is that Be Tini “gives back” to the community and has several charities that the brand supports!
