.5 oz Pineapple
.5 oz Lemon
.25 os honey syrup
Method:
Shake, strain over rocks, pineapple leaf garnish

The Bygone
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Jagermeister
.5 oz Pomegranate juice
.5 oz Lemon
.25 oz White Peach Puree
.25 oz fresh ginger
Muddled Mint
Topped with Sparkling Rose
Method:
Muddle the mint, add all ingredients except the rose,
Shake, pour into a couple glass,
Top with sparkling rose, garnish with mint
Cold Brew Martini

Ingredients:
1 oz Jägermeister Cold Brew
1 oz Bourbon
.50 oz Simple Syrup
.25 oz Espresso
1 oz Heavy Cream, to float
Method:
Combine Jägermeister, Bourbon, Simple Syrup, Espresso into a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake for 5 seconds and double strain into a coupe glass.
Top with cream and garnish with shaved cinnamon and espresso beans.
