I am a HUGE fan of Dua Lipa and have been following her career since she dropped NEW RULES in July 2017.
I loved her presentation – particularly her phrasing, plus the lyrics tell a story that women can identify all too well. The story is about a man she loves, but he only values her as a booty call. After I got the drift to this song’s theme, there were more songs dropping! I listened to her a lot (typically in my car) and I found that with every subsequent recording, Dua Lipa has shown incredible evolution in her presentation and a lot more confidence in her work.
