I love mixing up drinks for a holiday weekend. It makes the day and/or weekend even better. The icing on the cake that makes it even better is when I LOVE the spirit I am working with. This post is all about great rum cocktails made with Ron Barcelo rums and an incredible tequila! These look so tasty!!
This rum is the only Dominican Rum to be manufactured directly from sugar cane juice (which makes it so much tastier and smoother). With a little aging (*or a lot of aging), the color, flavor and aroma evolves and you wind up with a quite unique flavored rum thanks to the premium aging! The range of rums from Ron Barcelo are amazing… and each version has its own personality.
