This recipe was created by local Los Angeles bartender, Manny Nieves (Seven Grand), inspired by his boss and mentor, Victor Delgado.
“This cocktail is Inspired by my boss and mentor, Victor Delgado we both are of Latino descent and grew up eating fruits with chili. Many of our “work meetings” and the time when I received some of the best professional and personal advice were fueled walks around Downtown LA, eating fruit topped with chili from the street vendors.”

Ingredients:
1.75 oz Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon
0.5 oz Mango-infused Campari
0.5 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Cinzano Vermouth Bianco
4 dashes passionfruit bitters
Stirred over a rock
Tajin half rim and lime twist
Method:
Add ingredients into mixing glass with ice.
Stir for approximately 12 seconds.
Strain into double-rocks glass over 1 large cube.
Garnish with a tajin rim and lime twist.
Blackberry Bramble
This cocktail is perfect for brunch or early evening cocktails!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur
- Fresh Blackberries
Method:
- Shake first three ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice
- Muddle blackberries in a rocks glass,
- Add contents of shaker into the glass,
- Top with floater of blackberry liqueur,
- Garnish with lemon and blackberries
