With many eager to say goodbye to 2020, what better way to welcome in the new year, than with a sparkling cocktail?
In honor of New Year’s Eve this year, Moersch Hospitality Group has created a White Cranberry Mimosa recipe. The cocktail is easy to make at home and made with sparkling wine, cranberry juice, and cranberries.
White Cranberry Mimosa
Ingredients:
1.5 oz white cranberry juice
5 oz Tabor Hill Sparkling Demi-Sec
Few cranberries
Directions:
Place a few cranberries into a champagne flute
Add cranberry juice,

This cocktail could be tweaked by using a red cranberry juice too. Or you can add green food coloring when using the white cranberry juice as a colorful touch!
