This vodka is produced in St. Petersburg, one of the premier cities of Russia. Based on a formulation developed in 1894, Russian Standard Original is crafted using hardy winter wheat and water drawn from Lake Ladoga, one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world and a source of naturally soft water. The vodka is distilled continuously, passing through more than 200 distillation plates before being filtered through charcoal – making it
ultra-clean, smooth, and delicious. It is truly vodka as it should be.
Russian Standard Original is encouraging consumers to enjoy its Summer-centric cocktail, the Berry Mule, a refreshing and cooling Moscow Mule with a twist.
Berry Mule
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Russian Standard Original Vodka
2 strawberries
4 raspberries
¾ ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
Ice
Ginger beer
PREPARATION
1. Muddle strawberries, raspberries, and lime juice in a shaker.
2. Add Russian Standard Original Vodka and ice and then shake.
3. Strain the cocktail into a copper mug filled with ice. If you don’t have a copper mug, a
rocks glass will do.
4. Top off with ginger beer.
5. Garnish with fresh berries.
6. Enjoy!
