Originally from the South, Marian grew up on pimento cheese, and when she moved to Los Angeles, she believed her recipe was hands-down better than any mass-produced version from the store. While sheltering-in-place in 2020, Marian decided to perfect her recipe using premium hand-grated cheddar, a unique blend of spices, and a dash of mayo to create the ultimate pimento cheese.
Today, Marian sells two unique flavors: Original, Green Chili Cilantro, and exclusively for National Cheese Day, we’re announcing our third flavor: Pepperocini Dill, available for order next week.
Not only is Marian a pimento cheese professional, but she is also a nationally recognized recipe developer and has created a Jalapeno Poppers recipe, using her Original Pimento cheese. These poppers are perfect for summer entertaining as we ease into the first summer out of quarantine.

12 jalapeno poppers, halved and seeded

One container of Pimento Chz Club Original Pimento Cheese

Six slices of bacon, fried and crumbled, or sub with bacon bits
- Pre-heat oven to 375F.
- Halve and seed the jalapeno peppers (leave the seeds if you love the burn!).
- Fill each half with a heaping tablespoon of pimento cheese.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until nice and melty.
- Top with crumbled bacon or bacon bits and serve warm. ”
Try this recipe.. it sounds great. In case you aren’t interested in Pimento Cheese Club sandwiches, you might want to try some easy to make cheese dishes:
Macaroni and cheese from scratch. If that’s too challenging, then try a boxed recipe of macaroni and cheese and add in some fun cheeses that you like.
Grilled cheese sandwiches are great and you can add all kinds of fun foods to a grilled sandwich like crispy bacon, crisp apple slices, diced green chiles, and onions, — or carmelized onions (where you saute them in a skillet with butter till they are limp but brown and taste wonderful.)
The recipe sounds very interesting and would be very easy to put together.
