Recipe for Devil’s Delight Peach Bellini
Ingredients:
1 Ultima Replenisher Peach Bellini stick pack
1.5 oz Whiskey
.5 oz Sugar-Free Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
4 Blackberries
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Chili Pepper
Small Squeeze of Orange
Black Sugar for Rim (Optional)
Directions:
Use a lemon wedge to rim glass with black sugar.
Add 3-4 blackberries to glass and gently muddle.
Separately, muddle a few slices of chili peppers in a shaker.
(Optional! If you like spicy drinks.)
Add all additional ingredients and shake with ice.
Fill glass with ice and slowly strain into cocktail glass or coupe to layer on top of blackberries.
Garnish with chili pepper or more blackberries.
