Citadel Outlets Kicks Off the Holiday Season
with the Lighting of California’s Tallest Christmas Tree on November 13!
Los Angeles’ premiere outlet shopping destination– CITADEL OUTLETS— is bringing the holiday spirit to Southern California and kicks off the season with its 20th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Concert on November 13 at 5 p.m.

A true Southern California holiday experience, Citadel Outlets will host family-friendly seasonal events throughout November and December.
California’s Tallest Fresh Cut Christmas Tree is a majestic 115-foot white fir from Mt. Shasta that is decked out with more than 18,000 multicolored lights and 10,000 bows and ornaments and will grace Citadel Outlet’s Center Court through the end of the year. The tree is 25 feet taller than the Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel and 40 feet taller than Rockefeller’s Christmas Tree. This year’s tree was selected from a timber farm owned by Victor Serrao, who runs family-owned and San Juan Capistrano-based Victor’s Christmas Trees.

Citadel Outlets Gives Back
Citadel Outlets believes in giving back to the communities it serves and catering to all shoppers, and this holiday season is no exception.
—Citadel Outlets’ Santa Cares program is returning and will give guests with special needs the opportunity to enjoy their shopping experience.
—Citadel Outlets will turn down the music and turn off the lights on December 5 and 12 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to make the shopping experience more manageable for children with various disabilities.
–In addition, Citadel Outlets will be using a reservation system and provide a quiet waiting area for families who prefer not to wait in line to meet Santa in his sleigh.
—The CHiPs for Kids Holiday Toy Drive is also returning and will run from November 27 through December 3. Shoppers are encouraged to drop off a new, unwrapped toy for a child or teen in need.
–Additionally, a canned food drive benefitting the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank will be held on December 4, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
