Personally, I like the sound (and the outcomes) of this product. I have had some severe menopausal problems in my life. My child was only 3 and I had some health complications that gave me hot flashes, emotional swings, confusion, and more. My doctor tried a lot of methods to calm my hormones, yet nothing changed. I wound up with a surgical menopause. While I had been on hormone replacement, I was still dealing with hot flashes, emotional swings, and feeling like I had no energy. I tried many different versions of hormone replacement and it wasn’t always successful. Even today ( after years of hormones), I still get hot flashes.
Oops.. let me correct that last statement. I was still having hot flashes until I tried the EVERYDAY and SLEEP vaginal suppositories. I didn’t believe it at first. I know that it was going to take a while to kick into gear but surprisingly enough, I felt better within a few doses. I was less confused, sleeping a bit more and I had less vaginal dryness. So far, it’s been pretty helpful. I will be buying more and I want to find the perfect balance of when to use the suppositories and if I can skip a dose or not. Most likely I will want to stay on both doses.. but it’s an easy thing to do. While it’s not always easy to remember to take a hormone pill; having a vaginal suppository in one’s purse would make it super easy to regain your hormonal balance quickly, rather than dealing with a container of pills.
I am happily surprised by how easy it is to use both of these products. I definitely would like to continue with HELLO AGAIN’s “EVERYDAY” and “SLEEP”. I just have to figure out how often I need to take it.
